Stonefox Shop Online Shipping Policies

All Orders will be processed 2-3 days after payment is received, Monday to Friday, excluding National holidays.

Packages heading to Canadian destinations will be mailed via ‘Canada Post Expedited Parcel’. The delivery time is approximately 3-7 days, depending on your location within Canada. Shipping within the Continental US will be mailed via ‘Canada Post US Parcel’. The delivery time is approximately 6-12 days, depending on your location within the US. These options provide up to $100 insurance on the item, along with a tracking number which allows you to track your package, and also allows Stonefox to confirm you received your package as promised.  Please note that Stonefox is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please note that overall, orders will take 1-2 weeks to arrive - from my hands to yours! Please be patient and understand that every piece is made by hand. Any further shipping delays are often the result of the Customs Office checking the package as it enters your country.

In the event of Shipping Damage:

Should you find that your item is in unacceptable condition when you receive it due to shipping damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package, via the Contact Us page to advise us of the damage, and to begin the insurance process.

Stonefox completely understands that shopping online is a little more difficult because you cannot see, or try the piece on in real life. Photographs have been represented to the best ability on a neck or wrist display, with measurements in inches. Stonefox is proud of the pieces featured on the website, and wants you to be happy with your purchase too. If you are not happy with what you’ve purchased, you can return it as outlined below; however, please note that the "return" shipping fee is at your expense.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please be sure to:

(1)  Contact us within 7 days of the date that your package is received. Please contact us BEFORE returning an item for an authorization of your refund/exchange. If there is an error on our end, we will accept responsibility for ‘return shipping’. Otherwise, the cost of ‘return shipping’ is the customer's responsibility. Unauthorized merchandise will be sent back at customer's expense.
(2)  Please send returns in a box or padded envelope.
(3)  Shipping with tracking is recommended (but not necessary) to ensure the item is successfully delivered and returned in the condition received. If your returned package is not in the original condition sent, Stonefox reserves the right to refuse your return.  Stonefox is not responsible for your returned package should it become lost in the mail.

(4)  Returns typically take about 2 weeks to process, and your refund will take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
